About us
At Heath Care Services we support young adults from 16 years old plus with their daily needs while giving our residents the required skills to move on to be more independent.
We provide a range of services for people who are living with complex and specialist needs such as; learning disabilities, Autism, mental health issues, physical disabilities, cognitive impairment, acquired brain injury, anxiety, Cerebral palsy and many other conditions.
